Video: Sheldon Creed Crashes Head-On Into Sand Barrels At Pit Entrance to Bring Out Late Red-Flag

Sheldon Creed looked to be heading to pit road late in Saturday’s NASCAR Gander RV & Outdoors Truck Series Baptist Health 200 at Homestead-Miami Speedway, when it appeared his brakes locked up or he got caught in the marble gravel debris on the apron.

From the video on FS1, it looked that Creed lost control while his tires were smoking. As a result, the No. 2 truck went head-on into the sand barrels at the end of the pit entrance wall.

Creed was able to drive away and get back on track, but the incident led to a lengthy cleanup and red-flag with 27 laps to go.
