Noah Gragson’s Father Involved in Fatal DUI Crash

Update Friday May 31 8:30 PM ET:

The Las Vegas Review Journal is reporting that a judge has set bail for Scott Russell Gragson at $250,000.

According to this report, this was a single-car high speed crash which ended with Gragson’s Range Rover SVR flipping. Three passengers were ejected from the vehicle, including the 36-year old woman who was killed.

This is certainly not the news that you ever want to see attached to anyone in the racing community. According to the ABC affiliate in Las Vegas (KTNV), Noah Gragson’s father Scott Russell Gragson has been arrested following a fatal DUI crash.

According to the report from KTNV, the incident happened at 4:40 PM on Thursday, and that Gragson is facing one charge of DUI resulting in death, two counts of DUI resulting in significant bodily harm and three counts of reckless driving resulting in death or severe bodily harm.

  1. NO one is above the law!! You drink and drive, you assume all the risks involved and it sounds like a nice long rest in jail is in order for him!!! At least there, he won’t be drinking and killing people! And at ALL SPORTS events, where there are children present, NO alcohol should be allowed!!! They make it okay to drink and load up your kids and hit the road! But, light up a smoke and your in big trouble, anyone else see the problem here? We see sign’s all over the roads indicating someone was killed by a drunk driver, but I have yet to see one that say’ killed by a rabid smoker!!! Stop the sell of alcohol at sporting events where children under the age of 21 are present!!! Or is it more true that they make too much money selling booze!!!!!!
