Post-race technical inspection following Saturday’s NASCAR Xfinity Series Alsco Uniforms 300 at Las Vegas Motor Speedway has been completed.
Ty Gibbs’ race-winning No. 54 Monster Energy Joe Gibbs Racing Toyota Supra has passed. As a result, NASCAR has declared Gibbs and his race team the official winners of the race.
This marks the fifth win in Gibbs’ 21-career NASCAR Xfinity Series starts and it’s the 19-year old driver’s first victory of the 2022 season.
Joe Graf Jr., who finished 29th in the race, was disqualified after his car was discovered to have three unsecured lug nuts in post-race inspection.
The disqualification drops the No. 07 SS Green Light Racing team from 10th to 13th in the NASCAR Xfinity Series owner standings.
No other issues were detected in post-race inspection, which means all results and standings following this race are now considered official.
Noah Gragson, Daniel Hemric, Josh Berry and Justin Allgaier rounded out the top-five finishers in Saturday’s race.
