Oh my goodness, Chase Briscoe’s NASCAR Cup Series rookie campaign ended with a massive impact in Sunday’s NASCAR Cup Series Championship Race at Phoenix Raceway.

The Stewart-Haas Racing driver had a left rear tire go down while running 15th on lap 154. As Briscoe got to turn 3, the No. 14 car went around and he backed it into the wall super hard.

Kyle Busch and Ross Chastain were able to avoid any damage to their cars, but for Briscoe, that will end his day and season.
