Denny Hamlin is in New York City as he takes part in the media gauntlet that goes along with being the winner of the Daytona 500.
However, with this being Hamlin’s third time winning NASCAR’s most prestigious race, you would think the city would know how to spell his name.
Hamlin noticed the news ticker on the side of the buildings in Time’s Square had someone named Danny Hamlin as the winner of the 2020 Daytona 500. Comedy ensued.
