Someone call Phil Swift because that’s a lot of damage.

Multiple cars have been eliminated from contention for the victory in Sunday’s Goodyear 400 at Darlington Raceway, after a major 11-car pileup with 31 laps to go.

The accident started when Martin Truex Jr. and Ricky Stenhouse Jr. made contact exiting turn two, sending the No. 19 sideways, and spinning in front of the pack. From there it was a calamity.

Cole Custer, Chase Elliott, Erik Jones, Denny Hamlin, Ryan Blaney, Chase Briscoe, Bubba Wallace, Harrison Burton, Christopher Bell, and Kurt Busch all got a major part of the accident, which has left only 23 cars on the track.
