There’s more trouble!

What looked like a promising afternoon for Kaulig Racing has unraveled in a matter of seconds.
Inside the final 25 laps of Saturday’s US Marine Corps 250 at Martinsville Speedway, Christian Eckes was running inside the top-10 when getting tagged in the rear bumper by Sam Mayer, spinning his No. 16 LeafFilter Chevrolet down the backstretch.
Daniel Dye, who had just made a three-wide move on Eckes, got a major piece of that instantaneously, destroying both of the Kaulig Racing entries. As Eckes spun back up the racetrack, he was t-boned by Nick Sanchez, taking out a fellow rookie contender.
Josh Williams, Kyle Sieg, and Myatt Snider also sustained some major damage from the incident late in the going, and therefore had their afternoons heavily altered by the incident.
