Chris Hacker will return to the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series for multiple races in 2023. On Friday, the 23-year-old racer announced that he will be piloting the No. 30 On Point Motorsports Toyota Tundra in the season-opening NextEra Energy 250 at Daytona International Speedway.

Hacker will have sponsorship for his On Point Motorsports effort at Daytona from the Morgan & Morgan Injury Law Firm.

A representative for Hacker revealed to TobyChristie.com that, in addition to Daytona, Hacker will also carry sponsorship from Morgan & Morgan at Atlanta Motor Speedway, World Wide Technology Raceway at Gateway, Lucas Oil Indianapolis Raceway Park, and Bristol Motor Speedway.

While Hacker is set to run Daytona for On Point Motorsports, the native of Noblesville, Indiana is still deciding on which team or teams he will run his future 2023 events for.

Hacker will also be looking to add additional races to his 2023 NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series racing schedule with additional sponsorship partners. Those announcements will be coming at another date.

The young racer has made a total of 10 NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series starts over the past two seasons, and has a career-best finish of 16th, which came driving for Niece Motorsports at Martinsville Speedway in 2021.

In his brief career, Hacker has driven for Niece Motorsports, Reaume Brothers Racing and On Point Motorsports.

Hacker scored a top-10 finish (10th) in his lone ARCA Menards Series start at Charlotte Motor Speedway in May of 2021. And the driver finished 15th in his lone ARCA Menards Series West event back in 2020 at Phoenix Raceway.

The February 17 NextEra Energy 250 will be Hacker’s first-ever NASCAR National Series start at Daytona International Speedway.
