Permatex – a leading innovator in chemical technology for automotive maintenance and repair — will continue their partnership with StarCom Racing for the 2021 NASCAR Cup Series season, serving as the primary sponsor of the organization’s No. 00 Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 1LE in a pair of events throughout the season.

The company will kick-off their third consecutive season of primary sponsorship with the organization in Sunday’s GEICO 500 at Talladega Superspeedway, the track where driver Quin Houff scored a career-best 13th-place finish last Fall. The orange and blue design will then return to the track at New Hampshire Motor Speedway, for the Foxwoods Resort Casino 301 on July 18th.

“Permatex is thrilled to continue its partnership with StarCom Racing,” said Dan Clarke, Director of Marketing for Permatex. “This sponsorship allows Permatex to showcase our brand and the exciting new product innovations that we have in the works, while supporting Quin Houff and the Permatex StarCom Racing 00’s goal for scoring top finishes! We look forward to a successful season ahead.”

In seven NASCAR Cup Series starts at Talladega Superspeedway, StarCom Racing has scored three of the organization’s six top-20 finishes, including the second-best finish in the team’s history last October with Quin Houff.

“Like its products, our relationship with Permatex is long lasting as we continue into the 2021 season partnering for Talladega and New Hampshire,” said Michael Kohler, StarCom Racing CEO. “As someone who chooses Permatex products for my own truck, I’m pumped to showcase the brand on our 00.”

The GEICO 500 at Talladega Superspeedway will take place Sunday, April 25th at 2:00PM / EST on FOX, MRN and SiriusXM NASCAR Radio (Ch. 90). The StarCom Racing team is still riding the momentum from back-to-back top-25 finishes at Bristol and Martinsville and looks to score their first top-10 finish.
