Kyle Weatherman will have a new home during the 2022 NASCAR Xfinity Series season as he’ll move to the No. 92 entry with DGM Racing for five races this season.
In a press release from the team on Monday, it was revealed that Weatherman will run the season-opening event for DGM at Daytona International Speedway on February 19th.

Weatherman, who had his career-best average finish (25.8) and best NASCAR Xfinity Series points ranking (24th) has impressed Mario Gosselin as he continues to grow his craft in the sport.
“I’ve watched Kyle grow year after year, and I’m really impressed with what he’s been able to achieve on the track,” said Mario Gosselin, DGM Racing owner. “We’re looking forward to working with Kyle and seeing what he can accomplish at DGM as he embarks on the next chapter of his racing career.”
In addition to Daytona, Weatherman will then run the West Coast Swing, which includes Auto Club Speedway, Las Vegas Motor Speedway and Phoenix Raceway. The Peace Officers Research Association of California (PORAC) will serve as a sponsor for the West Coast swing for Weatherman.
Weatherman’s final race announced for the team, as it stands, is Atlanta Motor Speedway.
“I am extremely thankful for the partnerships that have come to fruition to make 2022 happen, and I am so excited for the season to begin,” said Weatherman. “I’d like to thank Mario and Michelle for this opportunity to go racing, and I can’t wait to see what we can accomplish together in the No. 92 car.”
Nathan Kennedy will serve as crew chief for the No. 92 car at DGM Racing this season.
The 24-year old driver from Missouri has driven for Mike Harmon Racing in the NASCAR Xfinity Series since the 2019 season. In 61-career starts in NXS competition, Weatherman has a career-best finish of eighth, which came at Kentucky Speedway in 2020.
