Video: Kyle Busch Wrecks in NASCAR Cup Series Practice at Texas

It’s been a difficult season for Kyle Busch, and after NASCAR Cup Series practice at Texas Motor Speedway, things don’t seem to be getting any easier.

The two-time NASCAR Cup Series champion will have to start at the rear of the field for Sunday’s AutoTrader EchoPark Automotive 400 after backing his No. 8 Zone Nicotine Pouches Chevrolet Camaro into the outside wall in Turn 2.

Busch was traveling through the first set of corners at Texas Motor Speedway when his Richard Childress Racing Chevrolet snapped loose, and did a long, lazy spin at the exit of the corner, before making significant contact with the outside wall.

The Las Vegas, Nevada-native won the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series event at Texas Motor Speedway on Friday, but if he wants to pull off a sweep this weekend, he’ll have a lot of work to do on Sunday.
