Video: Aric Almirola, Alex Bowman, Ryan Preece, Denny Hamlin Damaged in Stage 2 Crash

Somehow the NASCAR Cup Series drivers were able to make it through a frantic Stage 1 without any major incident. Unfortunately, their streak of making it through things cleanly came to an end in Stage 2.

At lap 76, Tyler Reddick slowed up after nearly giving a huge slam into the rear of Corey LaJoie’s car. This caused a stackup throughout the pack. Finally, the stackup went back to Aric Almirola and Alex Bowman who went spinning.

In an attempt to miss the crashing, Denny Hamlin slammed hard into the back of Ryan Preece causing significant damage to both of their cars as well.
