SiriusXM will serve as the primary sponsor for Joe Gibbs Racing’s Christopher Bell and 23XI Racing’s Kurt Busch in multiple races during the 2022 season.

SiriusXM, who are no strangers to sponsoring NASCAR Cup Series drivers, will serve as primary sponsors for both Christopher Bell and Kurt Busch in multiple races during the 2022 NASCAR Cup Series season.

For Bell, who drives the No. 20 Toyota Camry for Joe Gibbs Racing, he’ll get the SiriusXM colors on his car first, as the satellite radio service will adorn his race car during this weekend’s Busch Light Clash at the LA Memorial Coliseum.

“We had some great runs with SiriusXM on our Toyota Camry last season, and I expect more of the same in 2022,” said Bell in a release from Toyota. “Their schemes always look great on the track and I look forward to starting the year strong at the Clash with them on the hood.”

Joe Gibbs Racing shared Bell’s SiriusXM paint scheme for this weekend’s Clash on Social Media:

Additionally, SiriusXM will sponsor Bell at Martinsville Speedway in April, Darlington Raceway in May, Michigan International Speedway and the fall race at Talladega Superspeedway.

The 27-year old Bell scored a win in 2021 at the Daytona Road Course to secure his first NASCAR Cup Series Playoff berth. The Oklahoma-native would finish 12th in the overall championship standings last season.

Busch, the 2004 NASCAR Cup Series champion, will have two primary sponsorships from SiriusXM in 2022.

The driver, who moves to 23XI Racing to be the teammate to Bubba Wallace in 2022, will fly the colors at New Hampshire Motor Speedway and the Southern 500 at Darlington in the fall.

Busch is pumped to be working with SiriusXM as his sponsor for the first time in his racing career.

“I’m excited to work with SiriusXM for the first time,” said Busch. “I enjoy listening to SiriusXM away from the track, so this is a natural fit. Getting to experience relationships like the one that’s been formed between Toyota and SiriusXM is a testament to the dedication of both companies to our sport.”

Busch, 43, scored the 33rd win of his illustrious career at Atlanta Motor Speedway last season. Busch spent three seasons with Chip Ganassi Racing, but as Ganassi sold his team to Trackhouse Racing for the 2022 season, Busch was forced to move organizations for the upcoming year.
