Mother Nature Wins Saturday, Cup Race Scheduled For Sunday at 1 PM ET

Persistent rain at Daytona International Speedway along with threatening storms to the south forced NASCAR’s hand on Saturday. The sanctioning body postponed the Coke Zero Sugar 400 until 1 PM ET on Sunday.

The race will air on NBC and it will also be available on the NBC Sports App as well.

Weather does look like it will pose an issue on Sunday as well, but hopefully the race can start on time and be fully run before any wet stuff becomes an issue.
