On Wednesday, Matt Kenseth revealed through his Facebook page that CreditOne Bank will have a new paint scheme when he climbs behind the wheel of the No. 42 car when the NASCAR Cup Series returns next weekend.
The new scheme is seemingly another step towards the sponsor distancing themselves from their former partnership with Kyle Larson.
For reference, here is the 2020 CreditOne Bank scheme that Larson drove:
In April, Kyle Larson was fired from Chip Ganassi Racing after uttering a racial slur during an iRacing event.
A week ago, CGR named Kenseth as the replacement for Larson in the No. 42 car for the remainder of the 2020 season. Kenseth was also granted a waiver by NASCAR to compete for a Playoff berth.

any updates on Kyle Larson and if hes completing sensitivity training and will be back on track by the time lockdown is lifted?
Larson has completed his sensitivity training and will return to the dirt at the Knoxville invitational World of Outlaws event, it is believed he will stay suspended by NASCAR through at least next weekends race at Darlington.
I don’t think Larson will be without a ride for long, the kid is a huge talent, way too good to be sitting out. Question is, which of the big teams can make room for him? That’s the biggest problem right now.
