What the?! Anthony Nocella got his first career victory in the NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour as the top-three drivers wrecked just feet from crossing the start-finish line.

Oh my goodness, what a finish!

Anthony Nocella snuck through the final-lap mayhem to capture the victory in Saturday’s NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour Whelen Manufactured in America 100 at New Hampshire Speedway, and how he did it will leave you speechless.

Patrick Emerling attempted to pull the slide job entering turn three on the final lap, initially getting clear of Eric Goodale before sliding up the track, and getting some light contact.

As the leaders moved onto the front straightaway, it looked as though Emerling was home free, with Goodale poised for a second-place finish, when contact between the top-two caused both drivers to wreck, also collecting third-place Kyle Bonsignore.

Instead, Anthony Nocella – running fourth at the apex of turns three and four — was able to sneak through the wrecking cars to capture the victory, his first in the NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour.

Kyle Bonsignore would finish in second place, with Patrick Emerling and Eric Goodale all miraculously keeping finishing positions inside the top-four. Jon McKennedy would finish fifth.
