Ryan Roulette, Fast Track Racing Head West To The Desert, Phoenix Raceway

As we head into the ARCA Menards Series West Finale for the 2023 season at Phoenix Raceway, part-time driver and Air Force Officer Ryan Roulette looks to cap off the year flying high.

The Minot, ND native will be back behind the wheel of the No. 12 car, teaming up with Fast Track Racing for the Desert Diamond Casino West Valley 100 at the mile racetrack.

“We are excited to be back at Phoenix Raceway for the third time in the ARCA Menards Series,” Roulette said. “In 2021 this track is where it all started for us in ARCA and we keep getting better every time we run there,” he added.

Teaming up with the 37-year-old driver once again are the Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW) and Bellator Recruiting Academy for the West Series finale.

“As part of our initiative to promote camaraderie, and educate Veterans on what the VFW does for our Veteran community in 2023 we will be bringing a Marine Corps Veteran to the track with us,” Roulette announced.

For the weekend in the desert, he and the team are bringing Veteran Stephen Franklin to the track. Franklin served from January 27th, 1990 to January 28th, 1994 during Desert Shield/Storm as a Field Artillery crewman. He’s also currently the VFW post-commander for Sandy Coor Post 1433 in Glendale, Arizona.

“He married his beautiful wife Terri in January 1990, is a Father of two, and has 3 grandchildren to keep him busy when he isn’t serving his Veteran community. I got the opportunity to work alongside Stephen back in March and we are excited to bring him on board for the Desert Diamond Casino West Valley 100,” Roulette added about Franklin.

Heading into the race this weekend, Roulette is looking to redeem himself after having to withdraw from Phoenix earlier this year. He and the team will also look to best his season-best 12th place finish he’s heard at Elko Speedway and Flat Rock Speedway in the ARCA Menards Series East.

You can catch Ryan and the No. 12 Ford this weekend at Phoenix Raceway at 11:30 a.m. MT / 2:30 p.m. ET on Friday. You can catch the race live on FloRacing.
