Spotter’s Guide and Pit Assignments for the Chevrolet Detroit Grand Prix

It’s a return to the street courses for the NTT IndyCar Series with the Chevrolet Detriot Grand Prix from the Raceway at Belle Isle Park coming up this weekend.

It’ll be a full three-day show with a pair of practice sessions and a warmup set before the race on Sunday afternoon. Regular group qualifying also returns after the long month that was May for the 106th Indianapolis 500.

On Sunday, 70-laps will be ahead for the field of 26 drivers and teams. Here is the full weekend schedule to know when and where to watch all the on-track activity.

The charts below are a spotter’s guide to know how to find each car at the track or on television. Multiple livery changes for the weekend as Scott McLaughlin, Romain Grosjean and Christian Lundgaard will show off fresh paint.

Following the guide are the pit-assignments for the entire weekend, Will Power will have the first stall exiting out of pit-road.

Santino Ferrucci will pilot the No. 77 Juncos Hollinger Racing Chevrolet in place of Callum Ilott, who has a broken hand from his lap 68 incident in the Indy 500.
