Cole Custer Powers Through For Fifth Win of 2019 Season

Christopher Bell completely crushed the competition in Stages 1 and 2 of the Alsco 300 at Kentucky Speedway on Friday night, but it was Cole Custer who dominated the Stage that awards the trophy.

Custer hadn’t led any laps heading into the final Stage, but once he took the lead, he didn’t look back as he led the field for the final 88 laps of the race.

This marks Custer’s fifth win of the 2019 season.

Bell, who won Stage 1 and 2 finished second.

Tyler Reddick came home third while Michael Annett finished an impressive fourth. Chase Briscoe rebounded from slapping the wall earlier in the race to finish fifth.

Noah Gragson, Justin Allgaier, Ryan Truex, Ryan Sieg and Justin Haley rounded out the top-10 finishers on the night.
