Video: Cole Custer Crashes Hard in Opening Xfinity Practice at Watkins Glen

It has been an incredible 2019 NASCAR Xfinity Series campaign so far for Cole Custer. The 21-year old has five wins to his credit, and he’s sure to add more to the total before season’s end.

However, if Custer is going to win this weekend at Watkins Glen in the Zippo 200, he’ll have to do so in a back up car. Custer wiped out his primary No. 00 Ford Mustang in dramatic fashion as he lost control on corner exit over-corrected and careened across the track and into the guard rail.

The contact sent Custer spinning wildly.
