Michael Annett Announces Jeff Gordon Throwback Scheme for Darlington with Amazing Hype Video

Michael Annett has definitely had a career season in the NASCAR Xfinity Series this year. He got his first career victory at Daytona and he has been a much larger present near the front of the field than he has been in the past.

Now, Annett will channel the legendary Jeff Gordon for Darlington Raceway’s Throwback Weekend.

Annett and JR Motorsports released an incredible hype video on Friday, which unveils that Annett will drive a No. 1 Baby Ruth car, that will look just like the Ford Thunderbird that Gordon drove for Bill Davis on his path to the top of NASCAR.

Annett even threw on a fake mustache and mullet for the video. This is excellent.
