Slinger Speedway Added to 2024 SRX Racing Season Schedule

We now know moe than half of the 2024 SRX Racing Series schedule as the iconic Slinger Speedway was officially added to the schedule on Tuesday morning. The 2024 SRX event at Slinger Speedway will take place on July 25th.

The SRX Racing Series made the official announcement in the form of a video posted to X.

Wisconsin’s Slinger Speedway was one of the tracks that were represented on the inaugural SRX Racing Series schedule in 2021 but has not been on the schedule for the past two seasons.

In the lone SRX Racing event at the 1/4-mile Slinger, 2022 series champion Marco Andretti scored the win after Luke Fenhaus dominated the event.

On November 12th, the SRX Racing Series announced that Berlin Raceway would return to the schedule in 2024. That event will take place on August 1st.

Stafford Speedway will serve as the season-opening event in 2024 as that race will take place on July 11th.

Slinger, Stafford, and Berlin join Vermont’s Thunder Road on the 2024 schedule. Thunder Road was set to be part of the 2023 SRX Racing season, but unprecedented flooding in the area forced SRX to run an additional event at Stafford Speedway.

The 2024 SRX Racing event at Thunder Road is set for July 18th.

The SRX Racing Series will once again return to Thursday nights on ESPN next Summer. The Series helped ESPN dust off the old Thursday Night Thunder racing brand in 2023, and the brand will continue to be utilized in 2024.
