Practice Results: 2026 NOAPS Pit Boss/FoodMaxx 250 at Sonoma

Corey Day led the way in NASCAR O’Reilly Auto Parts Series practice on Friday afternoon at Sonoma Raceway. Day, who turned a lap time of 1 minute, 16.374 seconds, was able to top Shane van Gisbergen by a margin of 0.426 seconds to take the top lap time of the session.

Jesse Love, Connor Zilisch, and Justin Allgaier rounded out the top-five fastest drivers in the practice.

Austin Green, who turned the 23rd-fastest lap of the practice session, suffered a scary crash when he lost brakes going into the final hairpin turn. Green collided with the tire barrier, which broke the concrete barriers behind the tires, and led to a lengthy red flag.
