Scary Video: Timmy Hill Okay After Window Net Falls Down During Final Lap Crash

Wow.

On the final lap of Thursday’s NASCAR Xfinity Series Shady Rays 200 at Kentucky Speedway, Justin Allgaier got into Ronnie Bassett Jr., which started a huge crash.

Bassett went hard into the inside wall, hard enough that his car actually caught air in the impact.

But the scariest moment was something that you may not have seen the first time around. Timmy Hill, who piles into Bassett after the hard impact, did so with his window net already dangling open.

Luckily, Hill and Bassett walked away, and despite having no window net protection, nothing worked its way into the cockpit of Hill’s car. That could have been really bad.
