Chase Briscoe Unveils Beautiful Parnelli Jones Throwback For Darlington

Chase Briscoe has unveiled his 2019 Darlington Raceway throwback scheme for the NASCAR Xfinity Series race that will take place in a few weeks. In the Twitter video, Briscoe states that he was asked who he wanted to honor and he couldn’t think of anyone more deserving than the legendary Parnelli Jones.

Jones won four times in the Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series, but he wasn’t pigeon-holed into one form of racing. He also score wins in the Baja 1000, Indy 500 and sports car ranks as well. He was about as versatile as a driver could ever be.

This scheme honors Jones’ 1963 Indy 500 livery.
