Video: Daniel Suarez Cuts Left Rear Tire, Spins Out From Top-Five Position at Kansas

Daniel Suarez spin Kansas Speedway cut tire left rear 2022 video NASCAR news
Daniel Suarez was firmly inside the top-five, when a tire cut down and sent him spinning on lap 62 at Kansas Speedway.

Man, gutting issues for Trackhouse Racing’s Daniel Suarez. Suarez had worked himself into a solid top-five running position, when a left rear tire went flat on his No. 99 machine.

The tire issue sent Suarez spinning in turn 4 on lap 62. Suarez made slight contact with the outside wall with the front end of the car and he came to a halt and needed help from the tow truck getting back to pit road.

Here is video of Suarez’s spin:

Unfortunately, for Suarez the issues didn’t end there. After requesting a push from the tow truck, the tow truck opted to hook up to his car instead.

As the tow truck was taking the No. 99 car back to pit road, they caused more damage to the car including potentially cracking the front splitter on the car.
