Video: Brett Moffitt Takes Hard Hit to Outside Wall at Bristol

Brett Moffitt, who was coming off a two race absence due to a medical ailment, will finish dead-last in Friday’s NASCAR Xfinity Series race at Bristol. On lap 8, Moffitt had something let go on his No. 02 Camaro. A shower of sparks followed Moffitt on the path into the outside wall.

Now, after the Brett Moffit Bristol crash, the rest of the NASCAR Xfinity Series field will wage a battle over the next 291 laps to see who will take the win.

Daniel Hemric, at the time of Moffitt’s crash, had control of the lead. Justin Allgaier is running second and is looking to make his move for the lead.
