Video: Ty Dillon, Dean Thompson Trigger Multi-Truck Incident in Stage Three at Richmond

The beginning of stage three marked the end of the night for multiple drivers in Saturday’s Clean Harbors 250 at Richmond Raceway. Going into turn three, contact between Ty Dillon and Dean Thompson sent Thompson’s No. 5 Toyota up the race track into turn three. The spin would result in numerous trucks receiving damage, including playoff hopeful Matt Crafton, Thad Moffitt, Keith McGee, William Sawalich, Stefan Parsons, and Mason Massey.

The damage to Thompson, McGee, and Moffitt’s trucks proved to be terminal, leaving Moffitt with another poor finish in what has been a very rough season for the driver of the No. 46.
