Video: Dean Thompson Spins After Contact From Maggio on Lap 1

We didn’t even make it to the end of the opening lap of Friday night’s Rackley Roofing 200 at Nashvile Superspeedway before the first caution flag of the evening would fly.

As the field rocketed into Turns 3, and 4, Dean Thompson appeared to check up more than Mason Maggio expected, and the driver of the No. 21 Floridian Motorsports Ford got into the back of Thompson’s No. 5 TRICON Garage Toyota.

As Thompson spun, four other trucks became involved in the incident.

The six drivers that were involved in the opening lap incident were Dean Thompson, Mason Massey, Akinori Ogata, Mason Maggio, Bret Holmes, and Timmy Hill.
