Jordan Anderson Racing is set to field a third entry, the No. 32 Chevrolet, for team owner Jordan Anderson in the NASCAR Xfinity Series event at Daytona International Speedway, Anderson confirmed via SiriusXM NASCAR Radio on Monday.

The 32-year-old team owner is set to join Parker Retzlaff and Jeb Burton as representatives for Jordan Anderson Racing at the 2.5-mile superspeedway, as the organization looks to chase down its second-every victory in the NASCAR Xfinity Series.

While speaking with SiriusXM on Monday, Anderson also confirmed that Larry McReynolds, Anderson’s father-in-law, will serve as the crew chief of the No. 32 Chevrolet, much like he did when the organization fielded a third entry in the Xfinity Series event at Daytona last August.

For the last half-decade, Anderson has worked as a team owner, first in the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series and more recently in the NASCAR Xfinity Series, where Jordan Anderson Racing has been built into a race-winning operation, and a successful two-car effort year after year.

A native of Forest Acres, South Carolina, Anderson has been regarded as quite the superspeedway ace, with all three of his top-five results in NASCAR’s National Series coming at either Daytona International Speedway or Talladega Superspeedway.

In making his announcement, Anderson also confirmed that the plan is for the No. 32 Chevrolet Camaro to compete in each of the four traditional superspeedway events — two races at Daytona and two races at Talladega.

As a whole, Jordan Anderson Racing has been strong on the superspeedways, with the company’s first-ever victory coming at Talladega Superspeedway last Spring with Jeb Burton. Additionally, three of the company’s top-five results have come at either Daytona or Talladega.

Anderson also detailed that in the season-opener at Daytona, the long-time owner-driver will be piloting the vehicle that Jeb Burton took to victory lane at Talladega Superspeedway.
