On Friday, NASCAR announced that Mike Harmon Racing crew chief Teddy Brown has been suspended indefinitely by the sanctioning body for actions described as, “behavioral,” on the weekly penalty report. According to the penalty report, Brown violated sections 12.8.1.e of the NASCAR rule book.

According to Statesville.com, it appears that Brown’s suspension has come due to a June 8th arrest for Habitual Misdemeanor Assault in Iredell County, North Carolina.
