Kyle Busch Gets in For First Stint in 2020 Rolex 24 at Daytona

Busch took over a No. 14 GTD Lexus that was running 34th before Michael De Quesada headed to pit road for the driver change and 35th in the 38-car running order at the time of Busch entering the race.

As Busch begins to click off his first laps in the race, the leader at the moment is the No. 10 Wayne Taylor Racing Cadillac DPi currently being driven by Renger Van Der Zande.

Busch’s team suffered from handling conditions which led to tire degradation early in the event. As it stands, he is 16th in the GTD class and the entire driving team will have their work cut out for them to work their way up the grid.

However, there is a long way to go in this event.

Currently, the Porsche 911 team leads the GTD class.
