MBM Motorsports will partner with J.J. Yeley, HEX.com, and AXA Holdings to field a second NASCAR Cup Series entry in the 2022 Daytona 500, as the team looks to put two cars into the prestigious event for the first time.
Yeley, who has driven in NASCAR’s top-three series for nearly two decades, will pilot the No. 55 Ford Mustang for the organization, serving as a teammate to Timmy Hill’s No. 66 Ford Mustang.
Blockchain’s first certificate of deposit, HEX.com, is building substantial wealth with its time deposit feature, called staking, returning an average 38 percent annual percentage yield on top of underlying price performance. This partnership with Yeley, marks the first time a company has sponsored an entry in NASCAR.
“We’re extremely excited to partner with MBM Motorsports, HEX.com and J.J. Yeley, all while bringing a new sponsor to the sport that’s cutting edge in the cryptocurrency space,” said Malco Enterprises CEO, Josh Maloney. “We look forward to working together to take on a very competitive field at Daytona.”
At the time of publishing, there are currently five ‘open entries’ that have declared intentions to attempt the 2022 Daytona 500, which means at least one car will be sent home without getting to compete in the 200-lap event.
The other open entries vying for a spot in the field include: Jacques Villeneuve for Team Hezeberg, Kaz Grala for The Money Team Racing, Noah Gragson for Beard Motorsports, and Timmy Hill for MBM Motorsports.
