Inspection Complete: William Byron, Spire Motorsports Named Winners at Martinsville

Technical inspection following Thursday’s Blue-Emu Maximum Pain Relief 200 at Martinsville Speedway is complete.

William Byron’s race-winning No. 7 HendrickCars.com Chevrolet Silverado has passed post-race inspection without any issues, making the NASCAR Cup Series driver the official winner of the fifth race of the season.

It’s the eighth NASCAR Camping World Truck Series victory for Byron and the first for Spire Motorsports, in the team’s third start.

All race results and point standings are now deemed official with the completion of technical inspection.
