Post-race technical inspection following Sunday’s NASCAR Cup Series Ruoff Mortgage 500 at Phoenix Raceway has been completed.

Chase Briscoe’s race-winning No. 14 Mahindra Tractors Stewart-Haas Racing Ford Mustang has passed. As a result, NASCAR has declared Briscoe and his team the official winners of the race.

This marks Briscoe’s first-career NASCAR Cup Series victory in what was his 40th-career start in the series. Briscoe led 101 laps on the day on Sunday, second only to Ryan Blaney’s 143 laps led.

Briscoe now has a win, two top-fives and two top-10 finishes in the first four races this season and he sits fifth in the NASCAR Cup Series championship standings.

No issues were detected in post-race inspection, which means all results and standings from Sunday’s race are now considered official.

Per NASCAR, the Nos. 9 (Hendrick Motorsports), 8 (Richard Childress Racing), 12 (Team Penske), 4 (Stewart Haas Racing) and 18 (Joe Gibbs Racing) will return to the R&D Center for further inspection.

Ross Chastain officially finished in second, while Tyler Reddick, Ryan Blaney and Kurt Busch rounded out the top-five finishers.
