In his first NASCAR Xfinity Series start for Alpha Prime Racing, and his first of the 2022 season, Sage Karam will have a brand-new sponsor aboard his Chevrolet Camaro as the series heads to the newly reconfigured Atlanta Motor Speedway for the Nalley Cars 250.

The Driveway Company – a leading franchise for concrete driveway repair and maintenance — will adorn Karam’s No. 44 Chevrolet Camaro in the fifth NASCAR Xfinity Series event of the season, marking the first time the company has dipped into NASCAR sponsorship.

“I’m absolutely thrilled to have The Driveway Company onboard the No. 44 Chevy Camaro for the 2022 debut in Atlanta,” said Karam in a team release. “I’ve come to appreciate the hustle and hard work it takes to make it in NASCAR, and The Driveway Company embodies similar values in their entrepreneurial franchise model. I really look forward to getting to know them on a professional and personal level, and appreciate them trusting me with representing their brand.”

Karam, who broke onto the scene in the NASCAR Xfinity Series last season with Jordan Anderson Racing, will compete in his first event at an intermediate track, after competing in two road course events last season, as well as Bristol and Phoenix.

“The Driveway Company of Atlanta is thrilled to be working with NASCAR, Sage Karam, and the Alpha Prime team,” said Mike O’Connor, of The Driveway Company Atlanta. “With the race taking place in our own backyard in Atlanta, and the drivers tearing up what we love to replace and repair – concrete — the partnership couldn’t be more perfect. We look forward to supporting Sage and the Alpha Prime team in Atlanta and bringing more awareness to our concrete repair services and newest product, Softroc – our flexible and durable rubber flooring product.”

This season, the Nazareth, Pennsylvania-native plans to compete in more than a dozen events in the NASCAR Xfinity Series for Alpha Prime Racing, beginning with Saturday’s event at Atlanta Motor Speedway.

“Sage is a phenomenal talent. We’re really happy to have him as part of our team and grateful for the support of The Driveway Company,” said Alpha Prime Racing GM, Tommy Joe Martins. “Atlanta will be an exciting race for everyone in the industry with the changes to the speedway and we know that we’ll have a great race to kick off our relationship with The Driveway Company and Sage,”

Peachwood Floor Coverings and FranBridge Consulting will join The Driveway Company as associate partners for Karam and the No. 44 team this weekend at Atlanta Motor Speedway.
