When the NASCAR Cup Series arrives at the wild and crazy Charlotte Motor Speedway Roval this weekend for the Bank of America 400, Daniel Suarez and Gaunt Brothers Racing will be sporting a fresh new look.

Their No. 96 Toyota Camry will feature Coca-Cola sponsorship, but it will have a different feel as the paint scheme will be themed in honor of Hispanic Heritage Month.

The Red, Green and Yellow scheme is bold, and it certainly captures the styling of classic Saltillo serapes. On the sides of the car is the phrase, “el orgullo nos guia,” which translates to, “pride guides us,” in english.

Suarez, who announced that in 2021 he’ll move to TrackHouse, a new team established by former NASCAR racer Justin Marks, has competed well for Gaunt Brothers Racing in 2020.

The 28-year old has an average finish of 26.4 for the team in their first full-time season. Suarez sits 31st in the championship driver standings.
