Video: How Brad Keselowski Hit a Gate on His Way Back to the Track

Video has surfaced on Twitter of how Brad Keselowski made contact with a gate on his return to the track during second practice for the Daytona 500.

Twitter user @RayRocks98 shared video that was taken by his sister Dayna of the incident for the world to see:

As you can see, Keselowski looks to be following a blue car. The blue car checks up, and since the brake systems at Restrictor Plate races aren’t great, Keselowski needed to take evasive action to miss the car. As he does this, Keselowski slams the side of his car hard into the gate.

Since the incident unfolded, Keselowski has been getting his hands dirty as he has been helping his team make repairs.

The team should be sticking with the primary car, unless further damage is discovered during the repair process.
