Video: Erik Jones Suffers Cut Tire During Stage 3 At Pocono

Looking to have a stronger run from Nashville, Erik Jones’ hope for a solid race took a hit following a Lap 94 incident.

As he was running in 25th, Jones’ left front tire went flat, following contact with Cole Custer.

Jones brushed the wall, and eventually made his way to the apron.

Subsequent debris from the wall contact caused the fourth caution of the day, the second relating to an on-track incident.

The Michigan driver was able to limp his No. 43 Camaro to pit road at the time of caution.

Jones was able to successfully pit to fix the damage and remains in the race.
