Josh Bilicki will head into this weekend’s NASCAR Cup Series Bank of America 400 at the Charlotte Motor Speedway Roval with a colorful addition on his No. 51 Rick Ware Racing machine.

The car will feature pink accents on the bottom of the black paint scheme and will include a pink ribbon on each side of the car in honor of breast cancer awareness month. The black and pink car will be sponsored by Rich Mar Florist and Lemons of Love.

For Bilicki, the addition of Lemons of Love on the car extends a five-plus year relationship that he’s had with the organization.

“Lemons of Love is an organization that I’ve been fortunate enough to work with for the past five plus years,” said Bilicki.  “Jill Swanson Peltier, the founder, has been very active in the racing community, and she always goes above and beyond to take care of individuals who are going through this heart breaking illness.  Being that it’s breast cancer awareness month, this is the very least we can do to give back to Jill and raise awareness for her wonderful organization.”

Lemons of Love, according to a press release, is a 501c3 nonprofit organization, which was created in 2014 when Peltier was diagnosed with Stage III colon cancer. The idea was sparked to create the foundation, when a friend gave Peltier a small goodie bag filled with items aimed at aiding her through her treatment regimen.

Bilicki, who has run 17 NCS events this season has a best finish of 25th, which he has achieved twice. According to TobyChristie.com’s NASCAR Cup Series incident tracker, Bilicki has never recorded a single incident in NCS competition through 30-career starts.

You can watch Bilicki pilot the No. 51 Rick Ware Racing machine around the 17-turn Roval on Sunday, October 11th at 2:30 PM ET on NBC.
