Cottonelle, Bimbo Bakeries Return as Partners of JTG Daugherty Racing in 2024

On Tuesday, JTG Daugherty Racing made a pair of sponsorship renewal announcements. Kimberly-Clark’s Cottonelle brand will return as a partner on the No. 47 Kroger Chevrolet Camaro driven by Ricky Stenhouse Jr. during the 2024 NASCAR Cup Series season.

The iconic brand will reprise its role as the co-primary sponsor on the No. 47 entry for the season-opening Daytona 500.

“Daytona 500’s history and prestige makes us proud to be a sponsor of the No. 47 Kroger Racing Camaro that will be seen by millions of fans over the course of the season,” said Lakish Hatalkar, Cottonelle® Senior Marketing Director. “We are coming off one the best seasons for JTG racing and we’re excited to continue to keep the partnership across the Cottonelle, Scott, and Kleenex brands strong in 2024.”

Last year, Stenhouse scored a stirring victory in the season-opening event, which punched his ticket into the 2023 NASCAR Cup Series Playoffs. The 36-year-old racer is confident as he readies to defend his win from last season.

“One of the most trusted and longstanding partners of ours, Kimberly-Clark, has returned to JTG Daugherty Racing and it’s a fun fact that the Daytona 500 is already sold out,” said Stenhouse Jr. “It feels like yesterday we were celebrating in victory lane with the No. 47 Kroger® / Cottonelle Camaro and our Kroger Racing partners. We’re ready to defend our title.”

In addition to the Kimberly-Clark announcement, JTG Daugherty Racing also announced an extension to the team’s partnership with Bimbo Bakeries USA, and its brands Thomas’ Breads, Sara Leee Artesano Bread, Entenmann’s, and Ball Park Buns & Rolls.

“Bimbo Bakeries USA is thrilled to continue our longstanding partnership,” said Taylor Burgess, Sr. Omnichannel Marketing Manager, Bimbo Bakeries USA. “The team had an impressive 2023 season, and we feel confident 2024 will be even better. Keep an eye out for your favorite brands on the No. 47 Camaro.”

While no official sponsorship race partnerships were announced other than Cottonelle as the co-primary sponsor for the Daytona 500, JTG Daugherty Racing noted that the Kroger Racing Program is coming together for the 2024 NASCAR Cup Series season and the full schedule of partnerships will be revealed soon.
