Two-time NASCAR Cup Series Most Popular Driver Chase Elliott will return to the NASCAR Gander RV & Outdoors on Tuesday at the Charlotte Motor Speedway.

Elliott, the 24-year old from Dawsonville, GA will drive the No. 24 Chevrolet Silverado at Charlotte Motor Speedway, when the series returns from a nine-week competition hiatus due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Elliott was scheduled to drive the No. 24 Chevrolet at Atlanta Motor Speedway as part of the “bounty” being offered by Marcus Lemonis & Kevin Harvick for any full-time NASCAR Cup Series driver that beat Kyle Busch in one of his five scheduled NASCAR Gander RV & Outdoors Truck Series races in 2020, but the NASCAR Truck Series race at Atlanta was postponed due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

In twelve previous NASCAR Gander RV & Outdoors Truck Series starts, Elliott has visited victory lane twice, once in 2013 at Canadian Tire Motorsports Park driving the No. 94 for Rick Hendrick and the other time in 2017 at Martinsville Speedway driving the GMS Racing No. 23 Truck. Elliott has never contested a NASCAR Truck Series race at Charlotte Motor Speedway.
