Austin Cindric carrying Würth colors at Charlotte Roval

The No.22 Mustang of NASCAR Xfinity Series driver Austin Cindric has been receiving some new splashes of color recently, and that list will grow when he heads to the Charlotte Roval.

Würth, a worldwide wholesaler in screws, chemicals, and industrial components, will join Cindric at Kansas next weekend serving as the primary sponsor of his No.22 Mustang.

The announcement came from a special Facebook Live broadcast with NASCAR on FOX’s Adam Alexander, and NASCAR Cup Series driver Brad Keselowski.

The company has been a long-time sponsor of Team Penske, and Keselowski.

The livestream featured Adam Alexander talking about the possibility of rain this weekend at the Roval, which Cindric called a “great equalizer” between the field. Keselowski commented that he would sit at home with a “a big Ol’ bag of popcorn” should the Xfinity race run in the rain.

After a 35th place finish in Talladega, the 22-year-old is looking to lock himself into the next round of the NASCAR Xfinity Series Playoffs with a strong performance at Charlotte Roval this weekend.

The Drive for the Cure 250 will take place this weekend on Saturday, October 10th at 3:30 PM EST on NBC and the NBC Sports app.
