Anthony Alfredo, who ran a part-time schedule in the NASCAR Gander RV & Outdoors Series in 2019 has made his 2020 plans known, and as he eluded to in a Monday night Twitter video, they are big.

Alfredo will be piloting the No. 21 car for Richard Childress Racing part-time in the NASCAR Xfinity Series this upcoming season.

The 20-year old driver broke the news on a Tuesday episode of the Bottled Up Podcast with Jeff Maconi.

In the interview, Alfredo confirms his deal is for 16 races.

Alfredo, a Connecticut native, has a career-best finish of eighth in NASCAR Gander RV & Outdoors Truck Series competition, which came at Charlotte in May.

Alfredo, the NASCAR Next alumni, graduated to the NASCAR National Series after winning two races in the CARS Late Model tour for JR Motorsports in 2017 and winning a K&N Pro East Series race in 2018 and finishing fifth in the year-end standings.

Of course, Alfredo is also the official iRacer of TobyChristie.com.
