The hood of the car now features a white base, which really lets the DoorDash “D” brand logo pop.
The sides of the car are primarily DoorDash red with white and black accents. Overall, the car utilizes the new Next Gen number placement well.
DoorDash is the anchor partner for the 28-year old Wallace. In 2021, their first season together, Wallace and 23XI Racing put together the best year of the Alabama-native’s young NASCAR Cup Series career.
Wallace scored his first-career win in a rain shortened event at Talladega Superspeedway in the fall, but Wallace also scored career-highs in top-fives (three), laps led (62) and he also ranked 21st in the driver standings, his highest rank to date.
Wallace and 23XI Racing will look to better those numbers in year two. The team will expand to two cars in 2022 as Kurt Busch has joined the organization in the No. 45 Toyota Camry.
