Ryan Blaney Gets Engaged to Long-Time Girlfriend Gianna Tulio

It appears that Ryan Blaney, the most recent champion of the NASCAR Cup Series, will be adding a second ring to his collection shortly — a wedding ring.

The 29-year-old racer and his long-time girlfriend Gianna Tulio jointly announced their engagement on Saturday, with a post made on Instagram that featured Blaney popping the question, which according to the post happened on Tuesday (December 12).

Blaney, a 10-time winner in the NASCAR Cup Series, picked up his first-ever championship at NASCAR’s top level in November, after finishing ahead of his fellow ‘Championship 4’ competitors in the season-finale at Phoenix Raceway.

Throughout his career, Blaney, a native of High Point, North Carolina, has remained a development driver for Team Penske, climbing through the ranks with the team before moving into the Cup Series with alliance partner Wood Brothers Racing in 2016.

In 2018, Blaney moved to the mothership of Team Penske, taking over driving duties of the No. 12, the entry in which he’s remained the full-time driver for the last six seasons, netting nine victories.

The soon-to-be-wed couple began their relationship in July 2020, recently celebrating their three-year dating anniversary.
