Post-race technical inspection following Sunday’s NASCAR Cup Series Buschy McBusch Race 400 at Kansas Speedway has been completed.

Kyle Busch’s race-winning No. 18 Joe Gibbs Racing Toyota Camry has passed. As a result, NASCAR has declared him the official winner of the race. This marks Busch’s first win of the 2021 season and his 58th-career NCS victory.

Busch has now won at least one NASCAR Cup Series race in each of the last 17 seasons.

Kurt Busch’s No. 1 car, Chris Buescher’s No. 17 car and Joey Logano’s No. 22 car each had one unsecured lug nut, which will result in monetary fines for their crew chiefs.

No other issues were discovered in post-race inspection, which means all results and standings following the race are now considered official.
