Video: Josh Berry Makes Incredible Save in Stage 2 at Homestead

Wow. Josh Berry made an incredible save in Stage 2 of Saturday’s NASCAR Xfinity Series Contender Boat 250 at Homestead-Miami Speedway.

The 30-year old driver of the No. 8 JR Motorsports machine has competed admirably so far in today’s race, running solidly in the top-15 all race long. However, this had to be a nerve-racking moment.

Berry was side-by-side with Daniel Hemric, and it appears his car got aero-tight mid-way through the turn. This sent the No. 8 car into the rear quarterpanel of Hemric’s car. This contact sent Berry’s No. 8 machine sideways, and somehow he held on.

If Berry scores a solid finish on Saturday, it’ll be because he saved the car in this wild moment of the race.
