GMS Racing shut down their NASCAR Xfinity Series program at the end of the 2019 season, but they have expanded their NASCAR Gander RV & Outdoors Truck Series program to four full-time trucks.

Sheldon Creed will return to the No. 2 truck for the 2020 campaign and his crew chief will once again be Jeff Stankiewicz.

Creed and Stankiewicz had a sluggish start to the 2019 season, but once the rookie got his footing they were quite consistent down the stretch. The duo had four top-five finishes, 11 top-10s and they finished 10th in the year-end championship standings.

Zane Smith will drive truck No. 21 and his crew chief will be Kevin “Bono” Manion. Smith drove a part-time NASCAR Xfinity Series season for JR Motorsports in 2019. In 10 NXS starts, Smith collected seven top-10 finishes.

Brett Moffitt’s truck number will change from 24 to 23 for the 2020 season and he will have a new man turning the wrenches as Chad Norris takes over for Jerry Baxter.

Moffitt, the 2018 Truck Series champion, won four races a season ago and made it into the Championship 4.

And Tyler Ankrum will pilot truck No. 26 this year. Chad Walter will be atop the pit box for Ankrum, who made the playoffs last year in his rookie season driving for DGR Crosley Racing.
