Corey LaJoie’s Bid For Snowball Derby Win Ends With Failed Clutch
Corey LaJoie has been fast all week in his No. 7 Fat Head Racing Super Late Model as he approached the start of the 52nd annual Snowball Derby.
The 28-year old NASCAR Cup Series driver had secured the third starting spot for the prestigious short track event, and looked to have a shot at victory.
However, it never materialized.
LaJoie had an issue with the clutch in his race car on the initial start of the race, and it continued to worsen as the race rolled on.
In the end, LaJoie would have to retire early, and would finish 32nd.
